Arrythmia
A personal story
Arrythmia is a quite unfriendly guest. A dangerous condition which brings stress, anxiety, panic, fear. You
never now when it comes and when (and why) it stops. Everybody and his little dog has a different opinion
about the real cause.
On www.http://hcd2.bupa.co.uk/fact_sheets/html/arrhythmia.html#3 we read:
"...
- underlying heart disease
- heart valve problems
- thyroid disease
- high blood pressure
- Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome - an electrical abnormality in the heart that can cause SVT and AF
- heart attack
- coronary artery disease
- inflammation of the heart
- pneumonia
Some types of arrhythmia may be caused by certain triggers. For example, certain medicines can cause heart block
or SVT, alcohol can cause AF or SVT, caffeine and smoking tobacco or cannabis can cause SVT.
Sometimes there may be no known cause for an arrhythmia."
9 years ago, when my husband got arrhytmia the first time, we got a short diagnosis: no known
cause.
We changed our life-style. Arrythmia stayed. The prescribed drugs are efficient, however the disease wouldn't
stop. It was our 'guest' 2-3 times a month - a condition I wouldn't wish my worsest enemy...
We began to walk everday and started with different stress reducing programs /the best is undoubtedly the
Codes, however a bit expensive).
About 3 years ago I was searching on the Internet for nutritional supplements against arrythmia.
I found the site of doctor Sears. His book "The Doctors Heart Cure" changed our world. One of his own
supplements has helped to reduce arrythmia to less than 20%.

ACCEL is the best formula of
Coenzyme Q10.

Short information: Source:
Coenzyme Q10 enables the heart to effectively boost the strength of the heart
muscles.
- It increases the ability of the electrical functions to perform
properly.
- It contributes to the formation of ATP in the cell by the
mitochondria.
- It helps to protect us against cardiovascular disease at the levels of 100 milligrams
daily.
- Heart muscle has 5,000 mitochondria per cell making ATP
while skeletal muscle only has about 200!
Taurine is a Dietary Supplement often added to energy drinks that is
found to reduce heart arrhythmia*
Taurine is a crystalline, free-form amino acid. Taurine is a soothing, inhibitory
neurotransmitter and plays a major role in stabilizing the
heartbeat and electrical activity of the nerves. Taurine is also
necessary for the proper functioning of the "sodium/potassium ATP-ase pump", which regulates the ion balance
between the cells and the extra cellular fluid that surrounds them. **
